Mari Pérez

Mari hails from Puerto Rico and is fluent in both English and Spanish. She brings over ten years of experience in human resources management, education, and administration. She holds a Master’s degree in International Studies, which has provided her with the opportunity to live, study, and work abroad. She also has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Education and is a certified human resources professional. Mari is an active volunteer leader with the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM). Additionally, she is certified in "Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace" from the University of South Florida.

Throughout her career, she has ensured employee retention, training, and development in Japan, China, and the USA. She has successfully managed multicultural work environments, understanding the key differences among over 15 different nationalities represented within her teams. 

In 2017, she relocated from Tokyo to Texas with her husband. Mari is passionate about creating a space where every team member excels professionally while also feeling a profound sense of belonging.
