Rachana Takle

Rachana is an experienced international educator and emerging IB leader with expertise in programme implementation, curriculum development, instructional leadership, and mathematics education. She is certified in IB Leadership Practices and IB Teaching and Learning (MYP and DP), with a key role in leading the implementation of the Global Impact Diploma at Magellan.  Her collaboration with school leadership, faculty, students, and families has helped build strategic partnerships for the betterment of student life. 

Beyond education, Rachana has strong knowledge of business management through her corporate experiences and her MBA, reinforcing leadership, organizational, and strategic planning skills. Her Human Resources experience demonstrates experience with recruitment, training, organizational development, change management, compliance, and leadership.

Rachana is excited to help strengthen the strategic growth plan at Magellan while continuing the inspire students in all aspects of their education.
